- Contact form / email inquiries: name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when requesting a Lead Rescue Audit or contacting us.
- AI chat assistant: messages you send through the chat widget on our site, along with any contact details you choose to share in that conversation.
- Missed-call text-back: if you call a business using our automation, we may process your phone number and the content of any text message exchange in order to respond to you.
- Voicemail recordings: if a call goes to voicemail, the recording and caller number are logged so the business can follow up.
- Usage data: basic technical information (browser type, device, pages visited) collected automatically when you visit our site.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the Lead Rescue Audit or requested services.
- To operate automations on behalf of our clients (e.g., texting back a missed call, logging a lead).

- Twilio — call handling, SMS text-back, and voicemail recording.
- n8n — workflow automation that connects our services together.
- Airtable — logging missed calls and leads for our clients.
- Anthropic (Claude) — powers our AI chat assistant's responses.
- Google Workspace / Stripe — email communication and payment processing.
These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Clients may request deletion of data tied to their business's automations at any time.
5. Your Choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text from a Texoflow-powered number. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email us at austinlovil@texoflow.com.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
