Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of texoflow.com and the services provided by Texoflow LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Texoflow," "we," "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Texoflow builds websites and AI-powered automation for local businesses, including missed-call text-back, AI chat assistants, appointment booking automation, and review request automation. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for paid engagements are defined in a separate written Service Agreement and invoice(s) between Texoflow and the client.

2. Website Use

The content on texoflow.com is provided for general informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use the AI chat assistant for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

3. AI Chat Assistant

Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant intended to answer general questions and route inquiries. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be fully accurate — they should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice. For anything important, please contact us directly at austinlovil@texoflow.com.

4. Client Services & Payment

Paid services are governed by the Service Agreement signed with each client, which covers scope of work, timeline, payment terms, ownership of deliverables, and cancellation. Setup fees and monthly retainers are billed and processed through Stripe. Late payments are subject to the late fee terms in the Service Agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Uptime

We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep automations (missed-call text-back, AI chat, booking, and review flows) running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our services rely on third-party providers (Twilio, hosting, AI providers) whose outages are outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Underlying automation workflows, templates, and code frameworks built by Texoflow remain Texoflow's intellectual property. Clients own the final website design and content built specifically for them upon full payment, as detailed in their Service Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texoflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including losses resulting from third-party service outages. For paid engagements, total liability is limited as specified in the applicable Service Agreement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue access to our website or automations at any time. Client engagements may be terminated per the cancellation terms in the Service Agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
